Instant Service
Sometimes, the customer needs help after their computer has been brought home. In some cases, it is necessary to remotely service the machine.
Instant Service allows an RSA technician to assist you via the Internet. It allows them to read your screen and control your mouse and keyboard to resolve your issue.
How to start an Instant Service session
The first step is to call RSA and let them know about the problem you’re having.

If the technician feels that a remote session is a good way to solve your particular problem, we will start the process.
Click on the button below to download the Remote Service Client, remote.exe.
The Client will ask you a few questions. This is to get permission to allow RSA Computer to control your computer. To allow it, you must give it positive answers. Please click the buttons label “Run”, “Yes”, “Unblock”, and “Allow”.
